How to download media with AnyDL
AnyDL is designed to make supported media downloads straightforward: submit a public media URL, inspect the available information, choose an available format, and download the resulting file.
How it works
1Paste a link
Copy the URL of the media you want to process and paste it into the AnyDL downloader on the home page. The URL should point to publicly accessible media that AnyDL can process.
2Analyze the media
AnyDL checks the submitted URL and retrieves available media information. Depending on the source, this can include the title, uploader, thumbnail, duration, and available formats.
3Choose a download option
Select an available quality or audio-only option. Not every source provides every quality, so the choices shown by AnyDL depend on what the source makes available.
4Download the result
AnyDL processes the selected media and provides the resulting file for download. Processing time depends on the source, media length, selected quality, and current server workload.
When a download does not work
A URL can fail for several reasons. The source may be unavailable, the media may require access that AnyDL cannot provide, the URL may not be supported, or the source may temporarily limit requests.
If one URL fails, check that you copied the complete public URL and try again later. Changing the requested quality can also help when a particular format is unavailable.
Temporary processing
Downloaded files are temporary rather than permanent user storage. Files are automatically cleaned up after the configured retention period. See the Privacy Policy for information about temporary files, jobs, logs, and privacy choices.
